Original Spare Parts for the Auto-Empty Wash Fill Dock of Roborock, of the following two models only: 

  1. Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra
  2. Roborock S7 Pro Ultra

* Do not confuse with the S7 Max model. These parts are not compatible with it


Each variation/purchase option shows / points at the included product:

  • Dirty water tank
  • Clean water tank
  • Dustbin Cover - The dust bag cover, inside which is the Dust Bag
  • Water tank filter - located at the bottom of the Empty Wash Fill Dock 
  • Ramp Plate - The part the robot rides on while in the Empty wash fill dock - Read Note Below
  • Ramp Plate with IR Module - The part the robot rides on while in the Empty wash fill dock

Note! There are at least 3 versions of the Auto Empty Wash Fill Dock for the S7 MaxV Ultra / S7 Pro Ultra model in the market (depending on the region where you purchased the device) for each different version of the ramp structure. Before purchasing, please examine the ramp in the pictures very carefully, and make sure it is the same as yours - If it has the exact same shape, and if it is with or without an IR Module. otherwise, in the case of an unsuitable part, you will bear the cost of returning it.

We know at least about 2 possible version of the Non-IR Ramp, and one version of a Ramp with IR module.

The total displayed price, in most cases, also includes VAT and customs clearance.

In the event that we cannot take care of the VAT and customs, and even though it is included in the price you paid, you had to clear it from customs independently - contact us, and you will receive a refund for the proportional part you paid for customs clearance.

30 days return (only the product has not been used and returned as it came to the customer, in its original packaging). 

If you received a defective product (a generally rare scenario), we need to know about it within a few days after you received the product so that we can help, then please do so.
