At Goods Scene, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.

Return Eligibility

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be unused or only inspected to the extent reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, compatibility, and functionality.

  • The item must be returned with all original accessories, manuals, packaging, and components whenever possible.

  • You must provide proof of purchase or your order number.


Items showing signs of excessive use, wear, damage, modification, improper installation, missing parts, or misuse may not qualify for a full refund and may be subject to a reduced refund amount.

Compatibility Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchasing replacement parts and accessories.

If you are unsure whether a product is compatible with your vacuum cleaner or device, we strongly encourage you to contact us before placing your order.

Goods Scene cannot be held responsible for compatibility issues resulting from incorrect model selection by the customer.

How to Start a Return

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide the appropriate return address and detailed return instructions.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping Costs

If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect due to our error, Goods Scene will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide an alternative solution at our discretion.

If the item is not defective and is being returned for personal reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong item
  • No longer needing the item
  • Compatibility issues not caused by an error in our product listing
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Accidental purchase

the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please note that international return shipping costs may exceed the original shipping cost paid at checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

To assist with troubleshooting and claim processing, we may request photographs, videos, serial numbers, or additional information regarding the issue.

Electronic Components

Electronic parts and components, including but not limited to:

  • Mainboards
  • Circuit boards
  • LiDAR sensors
  • Motors
  • Charging modules
  • Electronic assemblies

must be returned with all labels, serial numbers, stickers, and identifying marks intact.

Products showing signs of tampering, modification, soldering, attempted repair, physical damage, liquid damage, improper installation, or removal of identifying labels may not qualify for a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Used consumable products such as filters, HEPA filters, mop pads, roller brushes, side brushes, dust bags, cleaning solutions, and similar consumable or hygiene-related items.

  • Batteries that have been installed, used, damaged, altered, improperly stored, or show signs of wear after delivery.

  • Custom-made, personalized, or special-order items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, accidents, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, PayPal, or other payment provider.

If a returned item shows signs of use, installation, damage, missing components, or diminished value beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product, Goods Scene reserves the right to issue a partial refund reflecting the reduced value of the returned product.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

If an order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order may instead be subject to the return process outlined in this policy.

European Union Customers

Customers located in the European Union may have additional statutory consumer rights under applicable laws, including the right of withdrawal in certain circumstances.

Where required by law, Goods Scene will provide customers with an appropriate method to exercise such rights and submit withdrawal requests.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights granted under applicable law.
