OVERVIEW
Original power cords / charging cables for Roborock dock charging station / base.
The cables are compatible with all Roborock Dock models (we sell most of them, see our store) except for the Auto-Empty Dock of the S7+ model:
- Roborock S4 (S40 / S45)
- Roborock S5 (S50 / S55)
- Roborock S5 Max (S50 Max / S55 Max)
- Roborock S6 (S60 / S65)
- Roborock S6 Pure (S60 Pure / S65 Pure)
- Roborock S6 MaxV (S65 MaxV)
- Roborock S7 (S70 / S75) - compatible with the Standard Dock only. you can find power cord for the S7 auto-empty dock here (currently for EU outlet only).
- Roborock S8 (S80 / S85) - also here, compatible with the Standard Dock only.
Also compatible with Xiaowa models (Xiaowa is a brand of Roborock):
- Xiaowa E35
- Xiaowa E45
Remember to choose the plug that matches the outlet in your location.
UK & AU plugs are currently only available in white, US & EU plug in both colors (black and white).

You can choose to pay by credit card, or with PayPal if you prefer.
The total displayed price, in most cases, also includes VAT and customs clearance.
In the event that we cannot take care of the VAT and customs, and even though it is included in the price you paid, you had to clear it from customs independently - contact us, and you will receive a refund for the proportional part you paid for customs clearance.
Shipping
Standard Worldwide shipping to most countries.
Item will be shipped within 1-5 business days of receiving your payment.
Estimate delivery time is about 2 to 5 weeks from time of purchase. for some areas in Europe even less than 2 weeks) and delays can happen due to holidays, weather, etc.
Please note that delays due to customs charges will be the buyer's responsibility.
Return
30 days return (only the product has not been used and returned as it came to the customer, in its original packaging).
If you received a defective product (a generally rare scenario), we need to know about it within a few days after you received the product so that we can help, then please do so.
Please do not expect us to receive a complaint a month or more after receiving the product.
