OVERVIEW
This is a Laser Distance Sensor, whose technology is called "LIDAR".
Model number is LDS06RR, This model is sometimes found in S8 series models:
- Roborock S8
- Roborock S8+
- Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra
A malfunction that requires LDS replacement is usually Error 1.
Your robot may be equipped with this LDS model, or another one (e.g.: LDS04RR).
It is your responsibility to verify which model is installed on your robot. If you are unsure, take a photo of your LDS and send it to us before purchasing.
Note: Such procedures (replacing internal parts) are supposed to be performed by licensed technicians, laboratories, or at least individuals with a background in the field.

Payment
You can choose to pay by credit card, or with PayPal if you prefer.
The total displayed price, in some cases and products, also includes VAT and customs clearance (but not always).
In the event that we cannot take care of the VAT and customs, and even though it is included in the price you paid, you had to clear it from customs independently - contact us, and you will receive a refund for the proportional part you paid for customs clearance.

Please note that in the event that you have ordered a part that we are out of stock, we will order it for you from the distributor (in which case the shipping time may be extended) and if this is not possible, we will of course cancel the order and refund your money.
Estimate delivery time is about 2 to 5 weeks from time of purchase (for some areas in Europe even less than 2 weeks) and delays can happen due to holidays, weather, etc.
Please note that delays due to customs charges will be the buyer's responsibility.
Return
30 days return (only the product has not been used and returned as it came to the customer, in its original packaging).
If you received a defective product (a generally rare scenario), we need to know about it within a few days after you received the product so that we can help, then please do so.
Please do not expect us to receive a complaint a month or more after receiving the product.
