1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of goodsscene.net and to any purchase you make from our store. The store is operated as Goods Scene by Goods Scene Ecommerce, based in Haifa, Israel. In these Terms, "Goods Scene", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Goods Scene Ecommerce, and "you" refers to anyone who visits the store or places an order.
By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
Our store runs on Shopify, an ecommerce platform that hosts and operates the website, checkout and customer accounts on our behalf.

3. Using Our Store
You may use the store only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. To place an order, you must be legally able to enter into a binding contract where you live, or have the involvement of a parent or guardian.
We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the store at any time, for example for maintenance, security or changes to our product range.
4. Your Account
If you use a customer account, you sign in with your email address and a one-time verification code. You are responsible for:
- providing accurate contact and order information;
- maintaining secure access to the email address used for your account;
- letting us know promptly at support@goodsscene.net if you believe your account has been misused or accessed without your permission.
5. Products and Compatibility
Goods Scene sells vacuum cleaner spare parts, accessories and related products for many device models.
We try to describe our products and their compatibility accurately. Before you buy, please check that a part is compatible with your specific device, for example by comparing the model number, part number and product photos. If you are unsure, contact us before placing your order.
This does not limit our responsibility for incorrect product descriptions we provide, for defective goods, or under any rights you have by law.
Product images are for illustration. Colors and minor details may look slightly different on your screen.
6. Prices and Availability
Prices, products and availability may change without notice. Prices may be shown in your local currency for convenience. The amount you pay is the one shown at checkout.
Not every product is always in stock. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or decide where products are offered.
7. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products. An automated confirmation that we have received your order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. We accept an order when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch the relevant products. All orders are subject to availability.
We may refuse, limit or cancel an order, in whole or in part, where reasonably necessary. Reasons may include:
- an obvious error in price or product information;
- suspected fraud or unauthorized use of a payment method;
- products that are unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items to your original payment method. We do not charge cancellation fees.

8. Payment
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including PayPlus and, where available, PayPal. Your payment information is submitted to and handled by the relevant provider under its own terms and privacy policy.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing information, and to use only a payment method you are authorized to use.
9. Reviews and Other Submissions
You keep ownership of any review, photo, comment or similar content you submit. By submitting it, you:
- confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate and lawful;
- give Goods Scene a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute and reasonably adapt it for operating and promoting Goods Scene.
This license is subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
We may moderate, edit for length or remove content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading or unrelated to our products. We are not obliged to publish or respond to any submission.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The store includes features provided by third parties, such as payment, shipment tracking, reviews, wishlists, currency display and messaging. It may also contain links to third-party websites.
These services are governed by their providers' own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or content that we do not control.
11. Intellectual Property and Trademarks
The content of our store, including text, graphics, product photos and layout, belongs to Goods Scene or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or commercially use it without our written permission.
Third-party brand names, trademarks and model names belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify products and show compatibility. Their use does not mean that we are affiliated with or endorsed by those owners, unless we state otherwise.
12. Prohibited Uses
You must not use the store:
- for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- to submit false or misleading information;
- to infringe our rights or the rights of others;
- to harass, abuse or harm others;
- to upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code;
- to scrape, crawl or collect data from the store without our permission;
- to interfere with or bypass the store's security features.
We may suspend or end your access to the store if you break these rules.
13. Errors and Omissions
Information on the store may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions. These may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping details or availability. We may correct such errors and update information at any time. Where an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before taking further action.

We aim to keep the store available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms or our policies, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, the store and its content are provided "as is" and "as available".

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Goods Scene is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the store or products bought from it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection laws.
16. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. This includes rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
17. Termination
These Terms apply until ended by you or by us. You may stop using the store at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms.
Obligations that arose before termination, such as payment for orders already placed, continue after termination.
18. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and any terms expressly agreed in connection with a specific order, form the agreement between you and Goods Scene regarding your use of the store and purchases from us. If we do not enforce any right under these Terms, we have not waived it.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. The Terms that apply to an order are those in effect when the order was placed.
