OVERVIEW
Original Dustbin (1pc HEPA filter is included) for the S8 series models, as follows:
- Roborock S8 (in case the user wants to convert his basic S8 model to use the Auto Dock, then it is actually upgraded and called "S8+")
- Roborock S8+
- Roborock S8 Pro Ultra
Please note - there are 2 versions:
The one (which we called "S8 (With Manual Door)") is compatible with the S8 model only.
It has a manual door for emptying the dust, and will not be compatible with automatic Dock emptying.
The other (named "S8+ / S8 Pro Ultra (Without Manual Door)") includes a Hole that allows automatic emptying for S8+ / S8 Pro Ultra models, but it does not have a manually opened door. It can also fit the regular S8 model, but in this case it will be less convenient for you to empty the dust (you will have to remove the HEPA filter everywhere, and empty from there).
Pay attention to your choice between the two versions.

Payment
You can choose to pay by credit card, or with PayPal if you prefer.
The total displayed price, in some cases and products, also includes VAT and customs clearance (but not always).
In the event that we cannot take care of the VAT and customs, and even though it is included in the price you paid, you had to clear it from customs independently - contact us, and you will receive a refund for the proportional part you paid for customs clearance.
Shipping
Standard Worldwide shipping to most countries.
Item will be shipped within 1-5 business days of receiving your payment.
Please note that in the event that you have ordered a part that we are out of stock, we will order it for you from the distributor (in which case the shipping time may be extended) and if this is not possible, we will of course cancel the order and refund your money.
Estimate delivery time is about 2 to 5 weeks from time of purchase (for some areas in Europe even less than 2 weeks) and delays can happen due to holidays, weather, etc.
Please note that delays due to customs charges will be the buyer's responsibility.
Return
30 days return (only the product has not been used and returned as it came to the customer, in its original packaging).
If you received a defective product (a generally rare scenario), we need to know about it within a few days after you received the product so that we can help, then please do so.
Please do not expect us to receive a complaint a month or more after receiving the product.
