OVERVIEW

Original Dust Bin/box for the following Roborock robotic vacuum cleaners models.
1 HEPA Filter Unit is included.

Compatibility, depending on the selected option:

  • S5 / S6 - S50/S60 - White, S55/S65 - Black
  • S5 Max / S6 Pure - these both models, including S6 MaxV use the same dustbin, for both Black & White colors.
  • S7 - also here, for both colors. this option is suitable if you use the standard dock charger and NOT auto emptying dock.
  • S7+ / S7 MaxV / Pro (Auto-Empty Dustbin) - Unlike the last option above, this dustbin is compatible and designed for these models and the Auto-Empting function (Includes the suction hole, needed for the S7+ Auto-Empty Dock & S7 MaxV Ultra / S7 Pro Ultra Empty Wash Fill Dock).

  • As mentioned above, in the S5 Max and the other later models, one (mostly transparent) Dustbin is used for both colors.

Payment

You can choose to pay by credit card, or with PayPal if you prefer.

The total displayed price, in most cases, also includes VAT and customs clearance.

In the event that we cannot take care of the VAT and customs, and even though it is included in the price you paid, you had to clear it from customs independently - contact us, and you will receive a refund for the proportional part you paid for customs clearance.

Estimate delivery time is about 2 to 5 weeks from time of purchase. for some areas in Europe even less than 2 weeks) and delays can happen due to holidays, weather, etc.

Please note that delays due to customs charges will be the buyer's responsibility.

Return

30 days return (only the product has not been used and returned as it came to the customer, in its original packaging). 

If you received a defective product (a generally rare scenario), we need to know about it within a few days after you received the product so that we can help, then please do so. 

Please do not expect us to receive a complaint a month or more after receiving the product.
