OVERVIEW

Original Dock Charging Base, compatible with the models below:

  • Roborock S5 Max
  • Roborock S6 MaxV
  • Roborock S6 Pure
  • Roborock S7
  • Roborock S7 MaxV (if the user chooses not to use the Empty Wash Fill Dock for any reason)
  • Roborock Q7
  • Roborock Q7 Max
  • Roborock S8

This version (CDZ11RR) was first attached to the Roborock S7 model, and the innovation in it is tiny brushes that should slightly clean the robot's charging contacts.

From now on it is designed and indicated by Roborock to also be used in the other and older models mentioned above, since the version of the Dock Charger that was attached to them at their time is in the process of stopping production.

The S5 Max, S6 MaxV and S6 Pure models also worked in that time with the same Dock Charger, without the tiny brushes.

This Dock version is also attached to the new Roborock S8 model, as the standard dock.

Please note - it should not be confused with the regular Roborock S5 model (also known as S51), for which still exists and in production its own Dock, which we sell in a separate listing.

The same goes for the regular Roborock S6 model - it also has its own unique Dock (see its listing here) - please don't get confused!

The total displayed price, in most cases, also includes VAT and customs clearance.

In the event that we cannot take care of the VAT and customs, and even though it is included in the price you paid, you had to clear it from customs independently - contact us, and you will receive a refund for the proportional part you paid for customs clearance.

Estimate delivery time is about 2 to 5 weeks from time of purchase. for some areas in Europe even less than 2 weeks) and delays can happen due to holidays, weather, etc.

30 days return (only the product has not been used and returned as it came to the customer, in its original packaging). 

If you received a defective product (a generally rare scenario), we need to know about it within a few days after you received the product so that we can help, then please do so. 

Please do not expect us to receive a complaint a month or more after receiving the product.
