First checks
Open the cleaning compartment, inspect the four washing brush plates for tangles or foreign objects, remove and clean them and their bearings if needed, then reinstall each plate until it clicks into place. Remove any blockage inside the compartment and reinstall the wiping pad securely before retrying.
