Issue meaning

What this issue means

The station can report a low or missing clean-water tank, or a dirty-water tank that is full or not installed. ECOVACS uses tank floats, latches and a bottom magnet on the clean-water tank as part of these checks.

Start here

First checks

For low clean water, refill the tank and confirm its float moves freely. For a missing clean-water alert, inspect and clean the bottom magnet and verify it still has magnetism. For dirty-water alerts, empty the tank, confirm its float moves freely, close the lid securely and reinstall the tank.

Inspection

Area to inspect

Clean-water tank float and magnet, dirty-water tank float, lids/latches and tank seating.
