WINBOT has stopped because it cannot continue moving safely, often because the drive tracks are obstructed.

First checks

Use the ECOVACS HOME App to move WINBOT to a safely reachable position. Hold the handle firmly, press and hold the power button for about 2 seconds until the fan stops, remove the robot, then inspect the drive-wheel tracks for foreign objects and clear any debris before restarting.
