Goods Scene Troubleshooting

Ecovacs WINBOT reports low suction or insufficient air pressure

The robot cannot maintain the expected air pressure against the glass. Window gaps or low obstacles can cause the alert, and an incorrectly seated sealing foam or worn wiping pad can also reduce the seal.

Issue meaning

What this issue means

The robot cannot maintain the expected air pressure against the glass. Window gaps or low obstacles can cause the alert, and an incorrectly seated sealing foam or worn wiping pad can also reduce the seal.

Start here

First checks

Move WINBOT to a safe retrieval point in the app, hold the handle and stop the fan before removal. Check the window for gaps or low obstacles. Remove the wiping-pad assembly, press the red sealing foam into its proper seated position, reinstall the pad assembly and retry. Replace a worn or deformed pad if low-pressure alerts recur.

Inspection

Area to inspect

Window surface/gaps, wiping-pad assembly, sealing foam and pad condition.

What to do next

Rule out environmental gaps, sealing-foam seating and pad wear before diagnosing the fan, pressure sensing or internal suction hardware.
