Start here

First checks

Check the glass tilt and environment. If the robot is attached to the glass, hold the power cord securely without standing directly beneath the robot, move it to a reachable position, then hold START for at least 2 seconds to stop the fan before removal. If it is not attached, power-cycle the unit. If the alarm persists after restart, contact service.

Inspection

Area to inspect

What to do next

Treat a single cleared alarm as potentially temporary. Persistent alarms after correct positioning and restart require model-specific diagnosis rather than guessing a component.

Practical guidance is kept separate from manufacturer wording.
