The ECOVACS HOME app reports that the robot and station are disconnected, or station controls do not control the robot.

Start here

First checks

Power-cycle the station and robot. Make sure the station is powered, then place the robot correctly on the station with charging contacts aligned. Allow several seconds for the robot and station to pair again. On T20 OMNI, ECOVACS notes that a recently restarted or upgraded robot may need a few minutes before responding.
