Issue meaning
What this issue means
The OMNI station washes or moistens the mops but hot-water washing does not appear to activate.
Start here
First checks
Confirm the robot is connected to the ECOVACS HOME app and that a hot-water washing option is selected. On T20 OMNI, also confirm there is enough clean water. Remember that the initial mop moistening can use cold water, heating is dynamic, and some self-cleaning or energy-saving modes intentionally do not use hot water.
Inspection
Area to inspect
App washing mode, clean-water supply and station heating state.
