Issue meaning
What this issue means
Dirty water remains in the station cleaning sink, is not transferred to the dirty-water tank, or the station reports the dirty-water tank as full even when the sink condition does not match the alert.
Start here
First checks
If the station light is flashing, power-cycle the station. Remove the dirty-water tank and verify its sealing plugs are correctly installed, then reseat the tank firmly. Trigger dirty-water recycling. If water is not removed, inspect the cleaning sink suction nozzle for debris. If a full-sink alert occurs with no water present, clean the water-level sensors on the sides of the sink.
Inspection
Area to inspect
Dirty-water tank seals/plugs, tank seating, cleaning-sink suction nozzle and water-level sensors.

What to do next
Seal seating, suction-port blockage and dirty level sensors are the documented first checks. Only after these are ruled out should the drainage pump, hoses or station electronics be suspected.
Practical guidance is kept separate from manufacturer wording.
