Start here

First checks

Confirm the dust bag is installed correctly and the dust collection cabin is fully closed. Make sure the robot is correctly docked. If the bag is not detected, remove and reinstall it. For a false full-bag alert after replacement, restart the robot and station, update robot firmware, confirm the robot is charging, and reinstall the bag.

Inspection

Area to inspect

Dust bag, dust collection cabin, robot docking state, firmware and bag-detection path.
