Ecovacs DEEBOT X8 will not charge
The robot is not establishing a normal charging connection with the station. Common causes include missing station power, the robot power switch being off, incomplete docking, or dirty/stuck charging contacts.

The robot is not establishing a normal charging connection with the station. Common causes include missing station power, the robot power switch being off, incomplete docking, or dirty/stuck charging contacts.
Start here
First checks
Confirm the wall outlet has power and the station power cord is connected. Set the robot power switch to “I”. Try automatic return to the station and, if needed, place the robot on the station manually. Clean the charging contacts on both the robot and station and confirm the station contacts spring back normally.
