Issue meaning

What this issue means

Dirty water is not being removed from the station cleaning sink normally, or the station detects a full sink. The mop-washing tray, float and magnet, tank seals, or the drainage path can prevent normal detection or draining.

Start here

First checks

Confirm the mop-washing tray is installed correctly. Check that the float and its magnet are present and that the float moves freely and falls back naturally. Clean foreign material from the float and tray. Inspect the tank sealing ring and sealing plugs, reseat the tanks, then try the app’s auxiliary draining function. If needed, empty and clean the tray, reconnect station power and run self-cleaning again.

Inspection

Area to inspect

Mop-washing tray, float and magnet, tank seals, drainage path and station drain function.
