Remove large debris from the roller; make sure the appliance is positioned correctly on a powered charging dock with a secure connection; charge above 10% for self-cleaning and above 30% for deep cleaning; empty and correctly install the dirty-water tank; confirm the clean-water tank is installed and contains enough water.
