Issue meaning
What this issue means
LiDAR-related alerts can result from a protective cover/film, leaves, grass, dirt, an obstructed field of view or a station/standby condition.
Start here
First checks
Remove any LiDAR protective cover or film, clear leaves/grass/dirt, clean the LiDAR with the supplied lint-free cloth and let it dry, move the mower to an open area, restart it from the charging station and confirm station reflectors are present and clean. If a blocked alert appears specifically while docked, verify station power and test with Auto Recharge After Extended Standby disabled.
Inspection
Area to inspect
LiDAR surface and field of view, charging-station reflectors, station power and standby/recharge setting.
Goods Scene guidance
What to do next
Do not replace the LiDAR until obstruction, surface contamination, station references and the documented docked-standby behavior have been ruled out.
