Start here
First checks
Press and hold Power for about 2 seconds. If the mower has insufficient charge, place it on the charging dock. If it remains unresponsive, hold Start and Back together for about 3 seconds to perform Dreame's soft reset; the PIN and consumables data are preserved, although other settings may be cleared.
