Changes and customs duty increases for buyers from the US starting May 2025

Buyers in the US - Please note that due to the high customs duties on shipments from China to the US starting in May (which can reach $100 or more for each item), we have been forced to stop shipping to the US until further notice.

We all hope that a solution will be found to this problematic trade situation soon.

Below is additional information received from our main logistics company (4PX):

According to the latest executive order of the US President, the T86 customs clearance mode and tax exemption for flights landing on or after May 2nd Eastern Time will be cancelled, and the new customs clearance mode will result in corresponding tariffs. To ensure normal service, our company has decided to adjust the prices and plans of UnionPay products for goods that will be stored from 9:00 am China time on April 25, 2025. The specific adjustments are as follows:

1. Freight adjustment: Due to changes in customs clearance mode, the product registration fee has been adjusted accordingly. Please refer to the latest product price card of UnionPay for details;

2. Tax and fee surcharge: The delivery party will collect 160% of the declared amount as tax in advance at the time of package signing, which will not be refunded or supplemented, and no tax invoice will be provided;

3. Adjustment of upper limit of declared amount: The product declaration online will be adjusted from 1-799 USD to 2-248 USD. Customers are advised to truthfully fill in the goods information and ensure the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of the declared information;

4. Compensation adjustment: If the loss of goods is confirmed and compensation is involved, pre paid taxes can be refunded before the flight takes off; After the flight takes off, including related nodes after takeoff, taxes cannot be refunded due to customs clearance fees already incurred.

We will continue to monitor changes in the US new policy and the US China tariff negotiations to ensure timely adjustments are made. In the early stages of the implementation of the new policy, there may still be many abnormal situations. Please accurately declare the product name and truthfully declare the value of the product. Our company has no obligation to review the goods delivered by customers. We are not responsible for any detention, delay, payment of taxes, or additional fines resulting from the re valuation by the US Customs. Please be informed and make timely adjustments to the plan.
