The mower does not establish normal charging because station power, charging-contact alignment, dirty contacts or battery temperature protection may be preventing charging.

First checks
Confirm the charging station is powered. Make sure the mower and station charging contacts are aligned and clean. If battery temperature is at or below 6°C or at or above 45°C, allow it to return to the normal 6–45°C charging range and retry.
